Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of verifiable experience in the collision repair shop industry.
• Complies with manufacturer and dealer safety guidelines and standards.
• I-CAR and/or ASE certification preferred.
• Car-O-Liner frame measuring experience.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team delivering high quality customer service.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair foreign and domestic vehicles to dealership specifications.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Meet productivity and efficiency numbers.
• Meet cycle time requirements for completed repairs.
• Maintain organized and safe bay per dealership, OSHA, and EPA standards.
• Keep personal work area, shop and tools clean and safe.
• Learn new technical information and techniques in formal training classes.
• Use PPE and safety equipment as required.
