Job summary

Caliber Service Center in Prattville, AL is seeking experienced collision repair technicians to restore damaged vehicles to factory specs with safety and precision. You will work on fenders, frames, and panels, review blueprints, and collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move cars efficiently.

Qualifications

• At least two years of vehicle collision repair experience.
• Frame straightening and structural repair skills.
• Attention to detail with high-quality finish.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision and no shortcuts.
• Handle full collision repair from initial assessment to completion.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specifications.
• Ensure quality reassembly and proper fit and finish.
• Work collaboratively with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
