Caliber's Lexington Park location seeks skilled collision repair technicians. You will work on full collision repairs, from fender benders to frame rebuilds, using precise blueprinting and factory-spec alignment.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square it up.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tightened bolts and quality welds.
• Physically fit; able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly; final touches matter.
