Caliber in Lexington, SC is seeking skilled collision repair technicians to handle full repair work from dents to frame restorations in a fast-paced shop. You will blueprint, repair and align components to factory specs, collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office daily.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of hands-on repair experience, strong structural know-how, and a careful, detail-focused approach; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality—blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail with tightened bolts and precise welds.
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Team-first attitude working with painters, estimators, and front office.

Responsibilities
