Caliber Collision is seeking an experienced auto body technician at our Landover, MD service center. You’ll perform full collision repairs, focusing on frame and structural work, using blueprinting and precise welding techniques.

A team-first attitude and the ability to lift up to 50lbs are required to keep workflows smooth and safe. You will collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff to deliver high-quality repairs and timely service.

Qualifications

• Two+ years experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how—pull, straighten, square fixtures.
• No-shortcuts mentality—blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail—tight bolts, precise welds, no excuses.
• Physically fit for the job—lift up to 50lbs.
