Job summary

Caliber’s Service Center in Toms River is seeking skilled auto body technicians. You’ll perform full collision repairs, including alignment, panel and structural work, and precise reassembly, working with painters, estimators, and front office staff to deliver high-quality results.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of experience, strong frame knowledge, attention to detail, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Eligible to work in the U.S. is required.

Qualifications

• Experienced hands — At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how — Pull, straighten, and square it up.
• No-shortcuts mentality — Blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail — Tightened bolts, perfected welds, no excuses.
• Physically fit for the job — Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude — Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with no guesswork or shortcuts.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to bring components back to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with precise fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the process.
• Keep the work area safe and tidy at all times.
