Job summary

Caliber’s Union City Service Center is hiring an auto body technician to repair vehicles after crashes and return them to road-ready condition. You will work with a team in a fast-paced environment and use modern equipment to deliver precise repairs.

We value hands-on experience, frame and structural expertise, and a no-shortcuts mentality. Candidates must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs, with eligibility to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten and square components.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and fix right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tightened bolts and welds.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute precise repairs.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through.
• Keep the work area safe and tidy.
