Caliber is seeking an experienced collision repair technician at our Bluffton, SC service center. You will blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs, handling fender benders through frame rebuilds while ensuring factory specs and top-quality finishes.

You will work closely with painters, estimators, and front office staff in a fast-paced shop environment. We offer competitive pay, opportunities for career growth, and training with I-CAR and ASE certifications.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair knowledge.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and precise repairs.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision and no guesswork.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Handle panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work collaboratively with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
