Caliber Collision in Oak Creek is seeking an experienced collision repair technician to restore damaged vehicles to factory specs. You will perform frame, panel, and structural repairs with a skilled team of painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Qualifications

• At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how for pulling, straightening and squaring.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tightened bolts and precise welds.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators and front office.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repair plans with accuracy.
• Perform full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Carry out panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly; ensure fit and finish meet standards.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
