You will collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff to perform full collision repairs, including panel and structural work, ensuring exact reassembly and high-quality finishes while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how for pulling, straightening, and squaring.
• No-shortcuts mentality—blueprint it, fix it right the first time.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs to factory specs.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work for bent or twisted components.
• Quality reassembly and precise fit and finish.
• Work as a team with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Keep the work area safe and tidy at all times.
