Caliber Collision Lexington Park is seeking an experienced collision repair technician. You will blueprint, repair, and rebuild panels and frames to factory specs, delivering high-quality finishes on every vehicle.

Two years of hands-on frame work is required, as is the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. We offer competitive pay up to $20–$30 per hour, weekly pay, and benefits, plus opportunities for I-CAR and ASE training to advance your career.

Qualifications

• Must have at least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame/structural know-how: pull, straighten and square it.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail: tightened bolts, perfected welds.
• Physically fit for the job: lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude: collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Keep the work area safe and tidy.
