Job summary

Caliber Collision’s Harker Heights service center is seeking an experienced auto body technician to perform full collision repairs from dings to frame rebuilds using modern equipment and strict quality standards. You will work with a team of painters, estimators and front office staff to deliver safe, road-ready vehicles.

The role requires at least two years of hands-on experience, frame/structural know-how, and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame straightening and structural repair expertise.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented and collaborative attitude.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Conduct panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area.
• Handle accidents as the core business of the role.
