Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten, and square it up.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail: tightened bolts, perfected welds.
• Physically fit for the job: lift up to 50lbs.
• Team-first attitude: collaborate with painters, estimators, front office.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute precise collision repairs.
• Handle fender benders to frame rebuilds; restore factory specs.
• Panel and structural work; ensure correct fit and finish.
• Quality reassembly and safe, neat worksite practices.
