Caliber Collision is seeking an experienced technician at our Easley Service Center in South Carolina. You will perform full collision repairs, from fender benders to frame work, using precise blueprinting and factory-spec procedures.

A strong eye for detail and teamwork with painters and estimators is essential. Requirements include at least two years of hands-on collision repair, frame/structural know-how, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair know-how to pull, straighten and square.
• No-shortcuts mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent eye for detail and precise reassembly.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude to collaborate with painters, estimators and front office.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with clean, precise methods.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Handle panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and finish with care.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
