Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience in a shop environment.
• Strong frame and structural knowledge to pull, straighten and square components.
• Commitment to precise repairs with attention to bolts, welds and alignment.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with no guesswork and no shortcuts.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish, and teamwork.
