Caliber Collision in Union City seeks an experienced collision repair technician to join our service center. You will repair vehicles from Fender-bender to full frame rebuilds, ensuring adherence to blueprints, factory specs, and safety standards.

We value precise workmanship, strong teamwork, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, timely repairs. Eligible to work in the U.S. and able to lift up to 50 lbs, you will contribute to a supportive, safety-focused shop environment.

Qualifications

• Must have at least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair skills with blueprinting ability.
• Attention to detail and a no-shortcuts approach.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in a shop environment.
• Team-oriented with collaboration across body shop staff.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision and accuracy.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major frame work.
• Repair panels and structural components to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
