Job summary

Caliber is seeking a collision repair technician at our Saraland service center to perform full repairs, straighten frames, and deliver high-quality results. You’ll work with painters, estimators, and front desk staff to move vehicles through efficiently while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

The role requires at least two years of hands-on experience, frame repair skills, and a meticulous approach. We offer strong benefits, ongoing training, and a supportive team environment in a modern shop.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Ability to pull, straighten and square frames to factory specs.
• No-shortcuts mindset; blueprint and repair to spec.
• Detail-oriented with tightly fastened bolts and quality welds.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented, collaborating with painters and estimators.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to major impacts.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with attention to fit and finish.
• Collaborate with team to move cars efficiently.
• Maintain safe, tidy work area at all times.
