Caliber Collision is hiring an Auto Body Technician in Raleigh, NC. You will perform frame and structural repairs, blueprint and execute repairs to factory specs, and collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff to return vehicles to optimal condition.

Qualifications

• At least two years of auto body repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten, and square.
• Blueprint and repair to factory specifications with no shortcuts.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and maintain safety.
• Team-oriented with collaboration across departments.

Responsabilités

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Handle panel and structural work to return vehicles to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and proper fit/finish on each vehicle.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and collaborate with teammates.
