Caliber Service Center in Plainfield, IN, is seeking experienced collision repair technicians to restore damaged vehicles to factory specs. You’ll diagnose, blueprint, and execute repairs from minor dent work to frame rebuilds, collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff as part of a tight-knit team.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Ability to pull, straighten, and square frames.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Keep the work area safe and tidy.
