Caliber Pace Service Center in Pace, FL is seeking skilled collision repair technicians. You’ll perform full collision repairs, from fender benders to frame rebuilds, using modern equipment and industry-leading processes.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how with ability to pull, straighten, and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and fix right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tightened bolts and welds, no excuses.
• Physically fit; able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Full collision repair from minor to major repairs.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with attention to fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through.
• Keep work area clean and safe.
