Qualifications

• Two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Knowledge of frame and structural repairs and alignment.
• Commitment to doing repairs right the first time with no shortcuts.
• Strong attention to detail for bolts, welds, and fit.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay physically fit.
• Team-oriented collaboration with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsabilités

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision across collision, frame, and structural work.
• Perform full collision repair from initial assessment to reassembly and finish.
• Ensure fit, finish, and factory-spec alignment of panels and components.
• Collaborate with teammates to move vehicles efficiently and safely.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow location safety rules.
