Caliber in Hudson Oaks, Texas is seeking skilled collision repair technicians to straighten, repair, and reinstall panels to factory specs. You’ll blueprint and execute precise repairs, handle full collision repair, and work as a team with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Qualifications

• Experienced hands — at least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how — pull, straighten, and square it up.
• No-shortcuts mentality — blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail — tightened bolts, perfected welds, no excuses.
• Physically fit — lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude — collaborate with the painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs — clean, precise repairs.
• Full collision repair — from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work — bring bent parts back to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly — fit and finish matter.
• Work as a team — trust and teamwork move cars.
• Keep it clean — safety and tidiness first.
