Job summary

Caliber's Clifton Heights/Lansdowne service center is seeking skilled collision repair technicians to restore vehicles to factory specs. You will blueprint, repair and reassemble across a range of collision work, collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Two years of hands-on experience, frame and structural know-how, and a no-shortcuts mentality are expected. You must lift up to 50 lbs and be eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Two years of hands-on collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten and square components.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and fix it right first time.
• Detail orientation with tightened bolts and precise welds.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working safely.
• Team-oriented collaboration with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Handle full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with team to move vehicles efficiently.
• Maintain safe, clean work area at all times.
