Caliber Collision in Boca Raton is seeking experienced collision repair technicians. You will perform full collision repairs, from fender fixes to frame rebuilds, with a focus on precision and safe, high-quality workmanship.

Applicants should have at least two years of hands-on experience, strong frame knowledge, and a no-shortcuts work ethic. You must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work well with painters, estimators, and front office staff. E-Verify and U.S. work eligibility apply.

• At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten, square it up.
• No-shortcuts: blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Eye for detail: tightened bolts, precise welds, quality finishes.
• Physically fit: able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first mindset: coordinate with painters, estimators, and front office.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint, plan, and execute collision repairs.
• Perform full collision repairs from Fender to frame rebuild.
• Work on panel and structural repairs to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with teammates to move vehicles efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and safety standards.
