You will perform full collision repairs from frame rebuilds to panel work, using precision and a team-driven approach. Must have at least two years of hands-on experience and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Frame and structural know-how; pull, straighten, square.
No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and fix right first time.
Sharp eye for detail; tightened bolts, perfected welds.
Physically fit; able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, front office.

Responsibilities

Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
Full collision repair from minor to major frame work.
Panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
Quality reassembly; ensure fit and finish.
Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
Keep the work area safe and tidy.
