Job summary

Caliber Collision Bel Air is seeking an Auto Body Technician with at least two years of collision repair experience to work on full collision repairs from fenders to frame. You’ll blueprint, straighten, and square components using modern equipment, with a strong emphasis on quality and safety.

You’ll collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff, enjoy on-going training (I-CAR, ASE), and benefit from competitive pay, paid time off, and day-one benefits.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square components.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint it and fix it right the first time.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Perform full collision repair from fender damage to frame work.
• Handle panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and meticulous fit and finish.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and collaborate with teammates.
