Formación

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair skills: pull, straighten, square.
• No shortcuts; blueprint and repair to factory specs.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsabilidades

• Blueprint and execute precise repairs.
• Full collision repair from minor to frame work.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with fit and finish.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Keep work area clean and safe.
