Caliber Service Center Asheville - Brevard Rd is seeking an experienced auto body technician. You will perform blueprinted repairs, frame work, and full collision repair on a variety of vehicles, ensuring quality and safety.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten and square parts.
• No-shortcuts mentality—blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail—tighten bolts, precise welds, and quality workmanship.
• Physically fit for the job—able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude—collaborates with painters, estimators and front office.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision and accuracy.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Conduct panel and structural work to factory specifications.
• Ensure quality reassembly and proper fit and finish.
• Work effectively as part of a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and prioritize safety.
