Job summary

Caliber Collision Hampton on Cunningham Dr. is seeking an experienced collision repair technician. You will perform frame and structural repairs, panel work, and precision reassembly, delivering high-quality results for every vehicle.

Qualifications

• At least two years of hands-on collision repair experience.
• Frame straightening and structural repair know-how.
• Commitment to high-quality workmanship and finishing.
• Meticulous attention to bolts, welds and alignment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely.
• Strong team collaboration with painters, estimators and front office.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs to factory specs.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Perform panel and structural work to restore alignment.
• Ensure quality reassembly and precise fit of parts.
• Collaborate with team to move cars efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
