Caliber Collision Dundalk - West is seeking an experienced collision repair technician to join our team. You will blueprint and repair damaged frames, panels, and structural components to factory specs using modern equipment while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten, square.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint it and fix right the first time.
• Physically fit for the job: lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to return parts to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the process.
• Keep the work area safe and tidy.
