The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience, frame and structural know-how, a sharp eye for detail, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Team collaboration with painters, estimators, and front office is essential.

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how.
• No-shortcuts mindset—blueprint it and fix it right.
• Attention to detail with tightened bolts and welds.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented and able to collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Perform full collision repair from dings to frame work.
• Restore panels and structural components to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
