Caliber Collision Aubrey is seeking skilled collision repair technicians to restore vehicles to factory specifications. You will work on fender benders through frame rebuilds, performing panel and structural repairs with attention to detail and quality finishes.

Qualifications

• At least two years of hands-on collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten, and square it up.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Attention to detail: tightened bolts and perfected welds.
• Physically fit: able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude: collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute precise repairs.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to factory specifications.
• Quality reassembly with fit and finish in mind.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
