The Caliber Otay Valley Service Center in California is hiring skilled auto body technicians to repair and restore vehicles to factory specs. You’ll blueprint and perform full collision repairs, work with frame and structural components, and ensure precise reassembly with clean, safe workflows.

We value hands-on experience, a no-shortcuts mindset, and teamwork with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square it up.
• No-shortcuts mentality—Blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail—tightened bolts, precise welds, no excuses.
• Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude—collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with no guesswork.
• Full collision repair—from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to bring parts back to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently.
• Keep the work area clean and safe.
