Job summary

Caliber is seeking an experienced auto body technician in our North Fort Myers service center to perform full collision repair, frame work, panel alignment, and precise reassembly. You will work closely with painters, estimators, and front office staff to deliver quality vehicles back to customers.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of hands-on collision repair experience, can lift up to 50 lbs, and is eligible to work in the U.S. with a strong safety mindset and team approach.

Qualifications

• Experienced hands with at least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint it and fix it right first time.
• Sharp eye for detail: tightened bolts, welded accuracy.
• Physical fitness: ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude: collaborate with painters, estimators, front office.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Full collision repair from minor to major framing work.
• Panel and structural work to return to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently.
