Job summary

Caliber Service Center in Madison, WI is seeking an experienced collision repair technician to join our East Towne team. You’ll perform full collision repairs—from fender benders to frame rebuilds—using precise methods and factory specs.

You’ll work with skilled teammates and modern equipment to deliver quality results that restore vehicles and customer trust. Your days will include blueprinting repairs, executing panel and structural work, and ensuring a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how; pull, straighten and square as needed.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tightened bolts and welds without excuses.
• Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators and front office.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with no shortcuts; precise results.
• Full collision repair from minor to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to return to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly; final touches for a clean finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop efficiently.
• Keep work area safe and tidy; prioritize location safety.
