Job summary

Dacus in McPherson, KS is seeking an experienced auto body repair technician to join our dream team. You will perform dent pulling, frame and structural repairs, glass replacement, and reassembly to OEM standards, with emphasis on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Must have experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift, squat, kneel, bend and move parts over 50 lb.
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
• Dependable, organized, detail-oriented and a positive team player.

Responsibilities

• Perform metal repair work including dent pulling and repair.
• Perform structural and frame repair.
• Reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition meeting OEM requirements.
• Perform glass replacement and repairs.
• Perform quality control checks.
• Perform test drives and system function checks.
• Fit sheet metal and other new parts.
• Help in disassembly and other repair departments as workflow permits.

• - Must be able to lift, squat, kneel, bend and manage parts in excess of 50 pounds
• - Ability to pass a drug test and background check
• - Must be dependable, maintain a clean and organized environment, be a team player while paying attention to detail and maintaining a positive attitude
