Job summary

Better Collision Centers is seeking a skilled collision repair technician in Bluffton, SC. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble collision-damaged vehicles, perform frame and structural repairs to OEM standards, and handle panel replacement with precise alignment.

What We\'re Looking For

• Commission-based flat rate pay with a guaranteed weekly minimum
• Paid weekly
• Up to 14 days PTO annually (prorated in first year; available after 90 days)

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, kneel, and squat
• Must be able to work in a shop environment with noise and odors
• Technical school OR 3+ years of body repair experience
