Fuller Ford Cincinnati is seeking an experienced Collision Repair Technician to join our Collision Center. The successful candidate will own teardown through reassembly, handling high-volume Ford Transit and Super Duty repairs.

This role requires independent work as well as strong teamwork within a dealership environment. You will perform structural, unibody, aluminum repair and MIG welding, following OEM procedures.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in collision repair or automotive body work.
• Understanding of modern collision repair methods and procedures.
• Ability to perform quality repairs with limited supervision.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Aufgaben

• Restore collision-damaged vehicles to proper fit, finish, and structural condition.
• Perform body repairs on cars, trucks, vans, and larger Ford vehicles.
• Complete aluminum body repairs on applicable vehicles.
• Remove and replace damaged panels, body components, and related parts.
• Perform structural, frame, and unibody repairs as required.
• Tear down vehicles to identify hidden damage and properly reassemble them after repairs.
• Perform MIG welding, metal repair, and aluminum repair as needed.
• Follow OEM repair procedures, specifications, and recommended repair methods.
• Coordinate with estimators, painters, Parts personnel, and other technicians throughout the repair process.
• Check completed repairs for proper alignment, fit, operation, and overall quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all shop safety procedures.

Fuller Ford is adding an experienced Collision Repair Technician to our Cincinnati Collision Center. Were looking for someone who already has a solid background in auto body repair and can take ownership of their work from teardown through final reassembly. The right technician should be comfortable working independently while still being a dependable member of a larger repair team.

Our shop handles a high volume of Ford Transit and Super Duty repairs , including larger vehicles and aluminum bodywork. Experience with these types of repairs is highly valuable, and technicians should be prepared to work on larger vehicles on a regular basis.

Schedule & Work Environment

• Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Consistent repair volume
• High concentration of Transit and Super Duty work
• Professional dealership Collision Center
• Strong support from parts and dealership staff

Responsibilities

• Previous professional experience in collision repair or automotive body work
• Strong understanding of modern collision repair methods and procedures
• Experience repairing larger vehicles, aluminum components, or Ford Transit/Super Duty models is a plus
• Able to perform quality repairs with limited supervision
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Good time-management and organizational skills
• Dependable, professional, and willing to work as part of a team
• Valid driver's license
• I-CAR training or certification is preferred
