Job summary

Fuller Ford is seeking an experienced Automotive Body Technician for our Collision Center in Cincinnati. This role requires a strong collision repair background and the ability to hit the ground running, handling repairs independently.

Expect to work on larger vehicles, including Transits and Super Duty trucks, with aluminum repair work a regular part of the job. Schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a steady workflow and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous auto body or collision repair experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of collision repair procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality collision and body repairs.
• Work regularly on Transits and Super Duty trucks.
• Perform repairs on larger aluminum vehicles.
• Repair and replace damaged body panels and components.
• Perform structural and frame repairs.
• Disassemble and reassemble vehicles as part of the repair process.
• Complete welding, metal, and aluminum repairs as required.
• Collaborate with estimators, painters, parts personnel, and other technicians.
• Follow manufacturer repair procedures and specifications.
• Inspect completed work to ensure repairs meet quality standards.

Fuller Ford is looking for an experienced Automotive Body Technician to join our Collision Center in Cincinnati.

This position is for an experienced technician who can hit the ground running. We're happy to help the right person continue developing their skills, but candidates should already have a strong collision repair background and be comfortable handling repairs independently.

A significant portion of our work involves Transits and Super Duty trucks, so technicians need to be comfortable working on larger vehicles and aluminum repairs.

Schedule & Shop

• Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Steady workflow
• Significant Transit and Super Duty repair volume

What You'll Do

• Perform high-quality collision and body repairs
• Work regularly on Transits and Super Duty trucks
• Perform repairs on larger aluminum vehicles
