Job summary

Fuller Ford in Cincinnati seeks an experienced Collision Repair Technician to join the dedicated Collision Center team. You will take ownership from teardown through final reassembly, handling aggressive repair volumes on Ford Transit and Super Duty models.

The right candidate has a solid auto body background, can work independently yet collaborates with estimators, painters, and parts staff to ensure high-quality results. OEM procedures and safety standards are required tools of the trade.

Qualifications

• Previous professional experience in collision repair or automotive body work.
• Strong understanding of modern collision repair methods and procedures.
• Experience with larger vehicles, aluminum components, or Ford Transit/Super Duty is a plus.
• Able to perform quality repairs with limited supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Good time-management and organizational skills.
• Dependable, professional, and a team player.
• Valid driver's license.
• I-CAR training or certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Restore collision-damaged vehicles to proper fit, finish, and structural condition
• Perform body repairs on cars, trucks, vans, and larger Ford vehicles
• Complete aluminum body repairs on applicable vehicles
• Remove and replace damaged panels, body components, and related parts
• Perform structural, frame, and unibody repairs as required
• Tear down vehicles to identify hidden damage and properly reassemble them after repairsPerform MIG welding, metal repair, and aluminum repair as needed
• Follow OEM repair procedures, specifications, and recommended repair methods
• Coordinate with estimators, painters, Parts personnel, and other technicians throughout the repair process
• Check completed repairs for proper alignment, fit, operation, and overall quality
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all shop safety procedures
