Job summary

Fuller Ford is looking for an experienced Automotive Body Technician to join our Collision Center in Cincinnati. This position requires a strong collision repair background and the ability to work independently on larger vehicles and aluminum repairs.

A significant portion of our work involves Transits and Super Duty trucks, so you should be comfortable handling repairs on larger vehicles. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with steady workflow and ongoing opportunities to develop your collision

Qualifications

  • Experience in auto body or collision repair.
  • Strong knowledge of collision repair procedures.
  • Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

  • Perform high-quality collision and body repairs.
  • Work regularly on Transits and Super Duty trucks.
  • Perform repairs on larger aluminum vehicles.
  • Repair and replace damaged body panels and components.
  • Perform structural and frame repairs.
  • Disassemble and reassemble vehicles during repair.
  • Complete welding, metal, and aluminum repairs as required.
  • Coordinate with estimators, painters, parts personnel, and other technicians.
  • Follow manufacturer repair procedures and specifications.
  • Inspect finished work to ensure quality.

Fuller Ford is looking for an experienced Automotive Body Technician to join our Collision Center in Cincinnati.

This position is for an experienced technician who can hit the ground running. We're happy to help the right person continue developing their skills, but candidates should already have a strong collision repair background and be comfortable handling repairs independently.

A significant portion of our work involves Transits and Super Duty trucks, so technicians need to be comfortable working on larger vehicles and aluminum repairs.

What You'll Do
  • Perform high-quality collision and body repairs
  • Work regularly on Transits and Super Duty trucks
  • Perform repairs on larger aluminum vehicles
  • Repair and replace damaged body panels and components
  • Perform structural and frame repairs
  • Disassemble and reassemble vehicles throughout the repair process
  • Complete welding, metal, and aluminum repairs as required
  • Work closely with estimators, painters, parts personnel, and other technicians
  • Follow manufacturer repair procedures and specifications
  • Inspect completed work to ensure repairs meet quality standards
What We're Looking For
