Job summary

Wright Automotive Group is seeking a skilled Collision Center Technician to restore vehicles after collisions and ensure safe, high-quality repairs. You will assess damage, plan repairs, and coordinate with colleagues to restore vehicles to their original condition.

The ideal candidate has prior body shop experience, knowledge of insurance repair processes, and must bring their own tools. A background and driving screen are required before employment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Collision Center / Body Shop is REQUIRED
• Previous experience and working knowledge of body repair and insurance processes
• Must be willing to submit to a background & driving screen prior to employment
• Must have tools

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer needs are met with quality and efficiency
• Responsible for restoring a vehicle back to its original and operational condition after a collision
• Make decisions on repairing or replacing pieces while taking into consideration safety, cost and cycle time.
• Perform quality repairs in timely manner.
• Work and communicate with others on vehicle repair status.
• Examine damaged vehicle and plan repair process.
• Understand, keep abreast of and comply with federal, state and local regulations that affect departmental operations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA right-to-know, etc.
