Caliber Service Center in Upland is seeking a skilled collision repair technician to fix fenders, frames, and panels with precision. You will work with a team using modern equipment to restore vehicles to factory specs.

We value hands-on experience and offer opportunities for I-CAR and ASE certifications, plus competitive pay and benefits. Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how; able to pull, straighten, and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and fix it right the first time.
• Attention to detail; tighten bolts, welds, and finishes.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Perform full collision repair from initial damage to final reassembly.
• Handle panel and structural work to bring components to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and proper fit/finish.
• Work collaboratively with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
