Better Collision Centers in Moncks Corner, SC is seeking a Collision Repair Technician to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition while delivering a world-class customer experience. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, ensuring frame and panel alignment and OEM-ready quality.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical school program completion or 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.
• Ability to read job orders and work with very little supervision.
• Experience working with other repairers within an auto body shop.
• Thorough understanding of methods and procedures to repair vehicle bodies.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and work safely in a noisy shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough disassembly, repair, and reassembly of vehicles.
• Repair and realign frames, panels, and body components to ensure structural integrity.
• Use advanced tools and repair methods to achieve OEM-level quality and safety standards.
• Communicate and collaborate with teammates to meet repair timelines and KPIs.
• Deliver repaired vehicles with customer-ready quality.
