Job summary

Better Collision is seeking a skilled collision repair technician to disassemble, repair, and reassemble damaged vehicles in Bluffton, SC. You will perform frame and structural repairs to OEM standards, replace panels, align components, and work closely with the team to maintain production flow.

The ideal candidate has technical training or 3+ years of body repair experience, solid knowledge of repair methods and tools, and may have I-CAR certification or be willing to obtain it.

Qualifications

• Technical school OR 3+ years of body repair experience.
• Solid knowledge of collision repair methods and tools.
• I-CAR certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Disassembly, repair, and reassembly of collision-damaged vehicles.
• Frame and structural repairs to OEM standards.
• Panel replacement, alignment, and body component repair.
• Collaborate with the team to keep production moving.
