Caliber Collision's Lancaster PA Service Center is hiring skilled collision technicians. If you can turn wrecks into road-ready rides with frame and structural know-how, you may be the right fit.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten and square.
• Blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Detail-oriented with tightened bolts and precise welds.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work as part of a team.
• Team-first attitude with collaboration across shop roles.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsabilités

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Handle full collision repair from bumper to frame.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly and precise fit.
• Teamwork to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
