You will handle frame and structural repairs, blueprinting, and quality reassembly, working closely with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move cars efficiently.

The role requires at least two years of hands-on experience, OSHA-safety awareness, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Training and advancement opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how with ability to pull, straighten and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and fix it right the first time.
• Attention to detail; tightened bolts, precise welds, and no excuses.
• Physically fit; able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office.
