Caliber Lancaster is seeking an experienced Collision Repair Technician to join our Lancaster center. You will perform full collision repair from frame work to reassembly, using modern equipment, with a focus on precision and safety.

Qualifications

• At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail: tightened bolts, perfected welds, no excuses.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude: collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Perform full collision repair from frame to finish.
• Handle panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move vehicles through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
