Job summary

Caliber Columbus is seeking skilled collision repair technicians to repair vehicles from dents to frames. You will blueprint and execute repairs using industry-leading equipment, performing panel and structural work and ensuring quality reassembly.

We require at least two years of collision repair experience, frame knowledge, and a team-first attitude. You must be physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs and be eligible to work in the U.S., with competitive pay and solid benefits.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square.
• Blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Attention to detail with tightened bolts and precise welds.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team-based collaboration with other shop roles.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute accurate repairs with attention to factory specs.
• Full collision repair from minor dents to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to restore alignment.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move vehicles efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
