Caliber in Elkhart, IN seeks an experienced collision repair tech to restore vehicles to factory specs. You will blueprint and execute repairs, handle full collision work from dents to frame rebuilds, and ensure precise reassembly with safety and cleanliness on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail and quality assembly.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.
